Jeremark provides general marketing, political marketing, strategic advertising for all niches, paid traffic support, high-conversion social media content, copywriting, website and landing page development, system development, automation and consulting.

The website is under continuous development. Essential business information, services, contact details and policies are already published, and new portfolio items, sections or integrations may be added over time.

4. Quotes and orders

Services are customized and quoted individually. A project begins after approval of scope and payment conditions. Changes outside the approved scope may require a new quote, adjusted timeline or additional payment.

5. Payments

Payment methods may include payment platforms, bank transfer, PIX or other methods informed in the approved quote. Jeremark does not store card data directly. Payment confirmation may be required before production starts.

6. Political/electoral services

Political marketing services are provided as communication strategy, creative development, content, positioning and digital production. The client is responsible for legal review, truthful information, authorization to publish, campaign/account permissions, electoral compliance and accounting obligations. Jeremark may refuse content that is illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, hateful, manipulative or based on disinformation.

7. Results

Marketing results vary by offer, market, media budget, product, sales operation, platform approval, competition and consistency. Jeremark does not guarantee profit, revenue, votes, public approval, ad approval or uninterrupted third-party platform availability.

8. Third-party platforms

Projects may involve social networks, ad platforms, hosting, domains, payment providers, CRMs and other tools. Each third-party provider has its own rules, policies, prices and availability.

9. Intellectual property

Deliverables, source files, code, licenses, templates and third-party components follow the approved quote or contract. Unauthorized copying, resale or misuse of Jeremark materials is not allowed.
